Candidates
We consider every assignment to be distinct. Whilst the importance of the different stages varies, the process is usually as follows:

  • Advertising Augmented by Search - Using advertising makes good sense under certain circumstances. For example, when a multitude of applicants need to be surfaced very quickly over a wide geographic area. However, even a targeted publication can miss the mark and the investment in the advertisement could be wasted. Therefore, by implementing an advertising campaign while simultaneously conducting a search campaign above and beyond this exercise will maximise the chance of finding the right person and will fill multiple positions in a shorter space of time if this need is required.
  • Temporary Executive Placement - Today, almost every market place is teaming with high quality executives capable of applying their accumulated experience to solve short or mid-term problems. This service is geared to be cost-effective and results-oriented. In fact, it can be perceived as a "try before you buy" approach by the company requiring such a service.
