We are a young consultancy being just over a year old and because of this we maintain a rigorous process of interacting with all our candidates on a regular basis. We feel that the candidate, as an individual, has a special need in that the recruitment process for them is so very personal.

In that respect, we are caring and discreet. Our emphasis is on the individual and therefore, the shift to that of the culture of a company will come into play, if the individual does not fit the culture of a company, then we are not doing what is right either for the client or the candidate concerned. Our aim is ensure that the candidate is happy for the long term, and in so doing, the client's aims and objectives will be fulfilled also.
